Missing products(2 units )

I have been asking to send the missing products for order number HD33673 placed on 21st September. I raised the issue on official WhatsApp of Hari Darshan. For the past 25 days have demanded that, the issue ( missing 2 units of Chandan dry dhoop in the order ) be resolved either by refund or by sending the missing items. I have received the following replies - "your order will be delivered soon / as soon as possible". Later, "you will receive products within 2 to 3 days". Now, "due to high volume of orders delivery is taking longer than usual " but no attempt by Hari Darshan to resolve this simple issue.
Pathetic state of Customer Service by Hari Darshan .
I am still waiting for my order to be fulfilled even after 25 days of raising the issue.
